Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at CANNABREW LTD. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Payment Facilities

Our payment facilities are provided by Viva Wallet. They have been chosen to provide card processing services as they are one of the largest and most secure payment processing providers and are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Age Restrictions

Due to UK licensing laws, we cannot sell alcohol to anyone who is not 18 years old. By placing an order with CANNABREW LTD you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient also must be over 18 years of age. Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request to see your ID card. If the recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately, our couriers will be unable to leave the products. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery in such cases.

Subject to Availability

The alcohol we produce may at times be subject to availability. If for any reason, we are unable to complete an order, you will be notified of this and offered an alternative. If for whatever reason an alternative is unavailable or unsuitable the person’s right to cancel the order applies without any charges or fee.

Delivery Promise

We will try to arrange the delivery of goods purchased from us within 7 days of receiving a complete order and payment. During the holiday season, shipping and processing times can increase as major package carriers have deadlines for orders. You will be notified of the delay in delivery and the delivery rescheduled for as soon as practicable after this event.

Please note that items will not be shipped on weekends. If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone number.

How Charges are Determined

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of your order, this also includes packaging. If items are out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be adjusted. You can easily determine the shipping cost for any order before checking out by viewing the shipping calculator.

Returns Policy

CANNABREW LTD wants you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping, handling or other charges.

An item must be in its original packaging and in its original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price. Please indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken (exchange or refund).

Send your package via a prepaid, traceable method to ensure a documented delivery. We cannot accept packages sent COD. For your protection, insure your package for its full value. Please follow the return instructions below. To return your order please contact our Customer Service Team at +44 7515 923 868 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please note that all return orders must have RA, otherwise we have the right to reject it. All returns are subject to inspection.

Return orders must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials. Please do write anything except the RA number on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Pack the products into a shipping box with suitable packing material to prevent damage, and tape securely. Write the RA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Ship your parcel back to our base (CANNABREW, 16 Brookholme Court, LA1 5TP, Lancaster).

A credit will appear for the cost of the items minus any original shipping fees after we receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received by our processing department. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and also we do not accept returns of all our beer products from outside of the UK.
